Terms & Conditions

These terms govern quotes, orders, and services provided by Halftone Garment Co. By placing an order, you agree to the following.

Quotes & orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days and based on the specifications you approve. An order is confirmed once you approve the proof and pay any required deposit (50% for custom packaging and large-format work, otherwise as quoted).

Proofs & artwork

• Nothing goes to press without your written proof approval — by email or signed proof.
• You are responsible for spelling, dates, and legal content once a proof is approved; reprints of approved errors are billed at cost.
• You confirm you own or are licensed to reproduce all artwork, logos, and photographs you supply.

Production & delivery

Production timelines begin at proof approval, not order placement. Delivery dates are estimates made in good faith; expedited shipping is available at cost. Orders are packed securely and shipped with tracking, with local pickup available from our New York studio.

Quality & reprints

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or a color variance beyond industry tolerance versus the approved proof, we reprint or refund at our discretion — just report issues with photos within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before proof approval. After approval, work completed and materials purchased are non-refundable.
